Founded in 1993, Romsys has become one of the Top 5 system integrators in Romania proving its capabilities to design, develop, implement and maintain advanced IT&C solutions on a variety of hardware, software and networking platforms. Romsys products and services address Financial Sector & Insurance, Telecom, Industry, Utilities, Public Sector and Defense.
Romsys is a 250 people company which provides value-added services including solution design and development, implementation of business management solutions, security, communications and infrastructure solutions, SAP solutions, automation & self service solutions.
The Infrastructure Solutions offer full coverage of datacenter, networking and security, as well as support organization consisting of 15 national points of presence.
Romsys hold a rich portfolio of Business Solutions that cover all activities related to solution development and implementation experienced in medium and large scale projects.
The implementation of first SAP Solutions represented a major strategic transformation of the company. Romsys became the first company that implemented SAP IS-U in the Utilities area in Romania and has the largest competencies in terms of SAP IS-U and BW for IS-U.
Automation & Self Service provide solutions for reengineering and automating of branch processes with the objective to reduce costs and to grow the complexity of business processes at the level of retailing activities.
Romsys was the first IT Company in Romania to receive ISO 9000 certification in June 1996. Romsys is also certified by ORNISS - Romanian National Security Authority - to work on classified projects, both national and NATO.
At the end of 2007 Romsys became member of the Austrian New Frontier Holding whose vision is to create through acquisitions one of the most powerful world-class IT provider groups in Eastern and Central Europe for corporate and enterprise clients. The Austrian company New Frontier Holding GmbH is registered in Vienna since August 2006.
