German giant Wincor Nixdorf certifies Romsys - Gold Label Certified Service Partner

Bucharest – Romsys, system integrator with a vast experience in implementing IT&C solutions for the financial banking sector, has recently become Wincor Nixdorf Certified Service Partner - Gold Label, the highest certification attributed to its partners by the German company.

Between 5 and 9 of October 2009, the German giant was present in Bucharest in order to audit the company Romsys for the “Gold Label” certification.

This audit was preceded by the recognition of the quality offered by Romsys as a unique partner in the banking division in Romania.

The audit process was focused on certain performance indicators regarding the processes and administration instruments of the calls, the MO’s of the on-site teams, the structure and performance of the Help Desk department, the quality insurance, the incident database and the achievement of the supply parameters of the services according to the actual contracts.

This audit places Romsys on a leading position in Top 5 International Service Partner Wincor Nixdorf. On a world scale, Wincor Nixdorf is represented by 67 partners in 78 countries and has 40 local branches.

The performances of the company Romsys in supplying solutions and services for the financial banking sector have been yet again confirmed at an international level through the grating of this certification.
