Rising volumes of cash and customers' demands for permanent availability of cash are two of many challenges when it comes to optimizing cash management. PC/E  Cash Management is the software solution to control and optimize the entire cash cycle and cash holdings.

The automatic queue management system contributes significantly to improvement of the service quality in any customer-oriented company.

Romsys provides an integrated solution, IDDataCollector, that has the objective to extract the information from Identity Documents (ID cards, passports and even driver licenses) with the validation of the document's authenticity, stocking these informations in a secure way in a database and using the information in various external applications. Unlike other solutions, IDDataCollector can validate the identity document provided to the banking consultant, as mentioned above. Considering that  the fraud based on false identity documents is increasing, the correct identification of the owner is essential in particular transactions or credit applications.

Using the solutions provided by Wincor Nixdorf, Romsys has the capabilities to ensure the surveillance and administration of  Self-service solutions. These services lead to reduced personnel costs and the optimization of intervention in case of Self-service equipment failure. For instance, ProView is a monitoring system that is geared to the specific requirements of self-service systems. It is equally suitable for the administration of self-service systems in the banking sector (automated teller machines, information and transaction terminals, statement printers) and for other application areas (e.g. ticket machines, airline and kiosk systems). More than 1500 terminals are monitored with ProView at national level.

These services could be complemented with solutions of service activity tracking. The  Incident Manager application provided by Wincor Nixdorf is an automated application for generation and closing intervention requests regarding the proper resolution of a functional error. The solution enables the monitoring of classification in terms of the negotiated service (SLA) of the equipment maintenance provider.
